Why is a task or routine still unallocated?

Routinely could not find enough suitable time within the current boundaries or before the task deadline.

What to check

  1. In Review your plan, read Still unallocated to see the item and remaining time.
  2. Check the task estimate, deadline, fixed commitments, sleep, and other protected time.
  3. Shorten or move a flexible task, adjust an appropriate boundary, or leave the item unallocated knowingly. The app shows the shortfall instead of silently dropping it.
