Why doesn’t an all-day event block my whole day?

An imported all-day event can stay Calendar only, or you can choose the specific hours it should block.

What to do

  1. Open the imported all-day event and find How should this affect your plan?
  2. Choose Calendar only to keep it visible without blocking time.
  3. Choose Use a time window, set the hours it truly occupies, and tap Use this time in my plan. The source event details remain read-only.
